Hi, I'm Josh—a dedicated advocate for transformative education and innovation. My journey has led me through various roles, from education to aerospace, all driven by a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering growth.

In my previous role, I served as a Technical Training Administrator at GKN Aerospace, where I played a pivotal role in establishing a new training department within the Aviation Structures Business Unit. By enhancing processes and standardizing procedures, I aimed to elevate industry standards and contribute to the growth of the aviation field.

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to the worlds of education and nonprofit work. My notable experience includes being a former 7th and 8th grade Math teacher, fueled by a profound passion for STEM education. This experience highlighted the value of effective curriculum design and ignited my interest in the art of facilitation.

I hold a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, with a focus on transdisciplinary leadership—a concept that aligns with my mission to establish cross-functional networks within and across organizations. Through collaboration and innovative thinking, I aspire to drive positive change by designing new systems and prototypes.

My professional story is enriched with experiences in project management, adult learning methodologies such as ADDIE and Training Within Industry (TWI), and curriculum development. These skills enable me to craft impactful learning journeys, both virtual and in-person, that empower individuals to excel and achieve their full potential.

When I'm not delving into the world of education, you'll find me camping in my hammock, going to concerts, or going to beach bonfires with my close friends.
