Benching Foundations in Aerospace Manufacturing

I was asked to collaborate with a multidisciplinary group comprised of engineers, subject matter experts, and training professionals. After conducting a needs assessment, we identified that the occurrence of part damage within our aerospace manufacturing facility, likely due to inadequate training of bench operators, was estimated to be approximately a $4 million problem annually. In response, I developed of a robust training for both novice and prospective bench operators.
